FAQs

Why should I clean my trash can when its just going to get dirty again?

Do you clean your toilet? Vehicle? Clothes? All these things require routine cleaning to keep them fresh and sanitary.

The quick answer is that they usually smell nasty. And germs don’t discriminate – they are everywhere, and they think the sludge in dirty bins is the perfect place to multiply. Our high-pressure hot water is the perfect eco-friendly weapon to scrub out the sludge, kill germs and help protect your home.

And if you have tried doing it yourself, you know it’s a disgusting job. And then the wastewater… do you really want to dump that in your lawn or driveway?? Just let us handle it – trust us, it’ll be MUCH easier!!

I’m capable of doing it myself, why would I hire you?

Manual cleaning of your cans allows harmful bacteria to flow straight into storm drains, contaminating all bodies of water that it enters. Just using a hose and broom to clean your trash and recycle cans is not sufficient to remove or kill the bacteria and diseases that breed in your cans. You are also coming into direct contact with some pretty harmful bacteria (think listeria, salmonella, norovirus and E. coli!). To top it off, water consumption is more than 15 times greater when done manually rather than using a professional high-pressure system like ours.

Can I sign up for monthly service and cancel after one cleaning?

We don’t know why you would want to and prefer you don’t. It just gets messy.

We offer One Time Cleaning Service.

If you cancel your service after the first clean, per our terms of service, you will be charged for a one time cleaning price.

Is this a subscription service?

Yes, and No.

It is an ongoing maintenance program. We don’t require terms, like 1 or 2 years, but we will continue to service your cans until you let us know to cancel via email or phone.

We know life situations change and that’s why we don’t require long-term rigid contracts.
We also know that no one wants to have to keep trying to schedule and setting up a service such as ours, so we do it automatically.

When will you be out to clean our cans?

We do our best to service customers as promptly as possible. However, in an effort to keep our prices as low as possible, we adhere to your neighborhood route scheduling as tightly as possible.

Can I change my service plan?

Absolutely. Just give us a call or send us an email.

My cans don’t look perfect after cleaning.

Customer Satisfaction is our number one priority.

We will get the cans as clean as possible each visit. However, some stubborn stains may take several cycles to go away. In rare cases, some stains may never go away. (i.e. paint)

We always do our best. If you are not happy with the results, please reach out to us.
